The Hotline is administered by SingleSource Services, a Jacksonville based human resource services provider. You are able to report any incident or concern. You may remain anonymous or you can provide a contact number and your name. This information WILL NOT be made available to us, but will be used by SingleSource Services in the event they need to obtain further information. SingleSource Services will act as an intermediary in any further investigations or inquiries. If you wish, your anonymity is guaranteed.
